Lucas has been solid tonight. Makes me think he is actually responding well to Underwood. I don't think Kipper does.

Can't keep up with their superior talent. The effort is still there for us though. I am (mostly) happy with how we played today.

I’m so glad I went to UofI when there was a quality (main) sport to root for. Basketball was awesome. Football...hahaha (but much better than it is now). Women’s vball was excellent. Tennis was national champion.

These poor kids these days are watching this school at its lowest point ever.

I don't agree with you on this. While I love Underwood's toughness, the best leaders are the one's that are able to gauge what each player needs. I'm not saying he should never rip a kid, but he needs to be more selective with it.

Sorry, my sarcasm meter had switched to the off position. Too many people on here complaining about BU's sideline demeanor. I like it and want a tough coach for the Illini in the future. Nothing intended at you, just the narrative that oour poor players get yelled at by BU. Oh my, coaches yell at players???? Who would have believed that???
