I understand the concern but that doesn't set a good atmosphere for practices or within the team in general. I think players are mature enough to understand that they earn playing time. It's been told to them their entire life. It might be hard for fans to understand this but that's how it is in a most programs. Want a good example, check out Carlton Bragg.

I've been on the replace Ford train for a while. Might be misguided but form our view, seems like a good decision.
Morgan is still hard to watch on D, but playing his tail off tonight with big Mike in street clothes again. Hill playing really hard, just going after the ball. Shooting not great, but really happy with effort tonight!
