agreed. just gotta get Chase & our running game going.I'm oddly relaxed. Their QB is going to make more mistakes. Our lines will take over. Gotta get the offense into some rhythm.

You only call it with an aggressive defense. Otherwise you speed up a slow defenseScreen call is just an awful high-risk, low-reward play call. I hate it.
Play looks a lot better if Ford doesn't get to his spot late leaving the guy he was supposed to block wide open to tackle Beatty.
lol huh? relax we're still ahead on the road nearing the end of the 1st quarte Its only 6-3. We are only getting startedNot liking the way this game is going so far.
They're selling out against the run at the moment. They're forcing us to go to the air. If we can keep them honest, we can get the run game going, tooSo, why are we passing so much? Hasn’t been “terrible”, but certainly not what I expected.

Nebraska is selling out to stop the run. Keep running plays to the tight end and crossing routes to the WR and it'll open things upSo, why are we passing so much? Hasn’t been “terrible”, but certainly not what I expected.
Reiman looking good today, playing faster than he has the past several games
Maybe run some more RPO?They're selling out against the run at the moment. They're forcing us to go to the air. If we can keep them honest, we can get the run game going, too

Giving up a lot of big plays.Defense is a little leaky so far. Maybe it will tighten up.
I'm guessing because it's easier to set an edge. Less distance should mean it's easier to get your guys in place to block and pick up the first downWhy do we run a stop to the short side of the field? We aren't the only team that does this, I've noticed in other college teams and high school as well. Seems like the majority of the time the sweep goes to the short side of the field. Is there a reason for it?
