Sometimes you fell like the refs are thinking “if we called it every time somebody slaps Kofi the game would take three hours and at least four players would foul out.”

Well, they did call one of those in the first half when he dunked for an "and one" and I didn't see the foul. Guessing live, with a guy that swats people away like flies...it's a tough call/non call.
