I'm so excited to watch this game. I don't even really expect to beat the #1 team on the road, but here I am thinking that they will absolutely compete and I just want to see how they go about it.

Basically, I expect this to be a high level basketball game and I'm here for it.

= 6 point advantage Purdue
Give Purdue 3 points for home court
Subtract 1 or 2 points from Illinois for missing an All American and voila, 10.5 pts.

And if I lived about 2 hours farther east, I would hammer Illinois to cover.

I never knew the formula that was used to get lines on games. Interesting! So a full strength IL squad with TSJ would be 9 pt dogs? Yikes

It’s crazy to me that so many analysts focus on Domask struggles from 3 this year yet he put up 2 games of over 30 without blowing up the 3 point line. How do people fail to highlight that efficiency if they are clearly box score hunting?

I focus on his struggles from 3 this year because when he finally figures it out he's going to be even more of a monster. And his career numbers, free throw percentage, and shot all suggest that he will get comfortable at some point.
