I know he is in a funk but I hate seeing Finke pass up 3s. This is the type of game to try to get your stroke back.

Where did the notion that TA can't shoot come from? Because I was at the Maui Invitational 4 years ago and watched him shoot there and the rest of that entire season when we ran to the NCAAs with BP3 and DJ.

his shot this year compared to 2012-13 is night and day. Not in nearly as much of a hurry, and ball flight (excuse the golf terminology) is way softer.

his best season from 3 was 27% prior to this one. and his last full season he shot 33% from the floor..Probably that?

Nice to actually have other players (TA, Savage) that can pick things up when Hill doesn't drop bucket after bucket.

He shot 27% from 3 that year.

Haven't been able to follow closely. Good to see the boys taking care of business thus far. So happy for Abrams to be playing well.

I see Keene has 23 pts on 8/18...are doing a decent job against him or just forcing him to be the only one to beat us?

3's not withstanding, he shot 40% his Freshman and Soph years from the floor. I'd say that's far from atrocious. Agree that his most recent year was a bit of an anomaly.

Right now we are too focused on running down the clock. Need to keep getting good shots or they will be within 10 points and that could be trouble.

If Kipper plays well, and if Finke doesnt start to gain confidence with his offensive game, i really do not see Finke getting too many minutes in Big 10 play. He doesnt play very smart at times, and he is a huge liability defensively.
