Im so bummed. Im currently performing in a play and this weekend is opening weekend. And tonight's game goes up right when we go onstage and finishes right during curtain call. Im gonna miss the whole damn game.

I'm from the future. You guys are gonna be really happy at the under 8 timeout. Illini up 26-10. They thought the second game in the arena was the start of the second half. It's great!

If anyone is on the fence about listening to the radio feed, I got chills from Brian and Deon's call of the game. They really make the listener feel like they are at the game. They describe what's happening on the illini bench and all the little things the national persons don't.

Yuck. To all of them. Oh well, radio it is ...
Gotta play hard from the tip, be aggressive going to the rim, and attack the boards in this one. Duquesne will attempt to muck it up, be physical with us, and turn us over. Duquesne will not be a pushover and I expect a tight game through at least the 1st half. But we play smart, we play with effort, we attack them on both sides of the ball and let's make it to the 2nd weekend.
How many times has that exhortation been shouted on the hardwood? Never enough: PLAY HARD, PLAY SMART.
Our fellas can do it, no doubt in my mind.
