Totally random but it took only 8 real time minutes for the last 3:11 of the Iowa-Nebraska game (coming out of the under 4 timeout) to play out in what was then a tied game. That’s some unbelievably quick pacing.

Losing this tonight to Iowa would no doubt be the most crushing thing ever. Not as much because wed lose in Elite 8, 1 game from Final 4, but because itd be to Iowa! Not sure Id ever get over it. Im still pissed about Loyola....

Quick story:
I was at a local pub for the Bears / Packers playoff game a couple of months ago, and was sitting next to a group of guys, one who was from the country of Liberia in Africa. We talked the whole game, and when the Bears were down 21-3 at the half and I was drunk/depressed, he kept saying to me 'The Bears are going to win this game. I've got Liberian faith'. I responded, 'If the Bears come back and win, I'm going to go on Amazon and purchase a Liberian flag and bring it with me to all the playoff sporting events'. And wouldn't you know it....
So I bought a 20 dollar Liberian flag. Brought it with me for the first time to the same pub on Thursday to the Houston game. I've got it with me now. Cause I've got the Liberian faith.
