Effort feeds energy which has also fed our defense. Effort has been so much better.

And my gosh, Quincy Guerrier is quite the defender. Coleman having a great last 4-5 minutes.

Energy and focus needs to come on the defensive end. Offense does not need so much effort but movement and fast, smart decisions...at the moment when they are right.
