Nebraska also had a really good drive against us in the first half last week. But one drive wasn't enough then and it won't be enough this week. Keep the faith in our defense!

As you just saw with that MSU field goal, from short distances the wind is basically a non-factor.

I may be wrong about the wind but I would almost never personally kick an 18-yard field goal under any conditions

Very conservative play calling so far. Looks like the Illini are playing not to lose instead of stepping on the gas. I hope we open things up as the game goes on, especially when we have the wind at our backs.

I agree. Our opponent obviously keys on Brown and we seem to not get others involved. Some short passes and occasional screen would be nice.
