Just joined the thread at half time if this was already mentioned, but all the evidence i needed that we weren't focused in the 1st half was the two times after a UM made basket our inbounder had to yell (once at Trent and second at Damonte) just to get their attention to get going and receive the inbound.

What I like is rebounding effort and aggressive 3 pt. shooting...even on those missed. Mindset has changed.
