Man all of their wide outs and backs are wide open, every throw. Thank goodness they suck.

Not saying I want him, but a lot of times jackasses are the best leaders. Leaders can’t be worried about confrontation.
I agree with that totally, I do. You can still do that with a guy with integrity, and Urban has none. Recruiting would take a hit at a school like ours; it would. And he's such a slimeball, which does nobody any good, because it says "We don't care about optics, we're so lousy we'll grit our teeth and bear it." It's like hiring Petrino 'cuz you got nothing.

Pros: the team has managed to find a way to keep the fans interested into the half.

Cons: everything else.

The reason our OL looks so bad is because the pitiful play calling allows no one to get into a rhythm. Offense needs rhythm. QB needs time. There's a way to do that. It's just a chopped up mess. Totally incumbent on completed passes from a QB that is under pressure every single down because there's no commitment to running.

It's a broken record now. They are literally trying to pound a square peg into a round hole over and over.

Other than the one touchdown pass, the Illini looked like a one legged man in a butt kicking contest almost the whole first half. Surely, we have hit rock bottom and the second half can't possibly be that bad. Can it?
