I agree with that totally, I do. You can still do that with a guy with integrity, and Urban has none. Recruiting would take a hit at a school like ours; it would. And he's such a slimeball, which does nobody any good, because it says "We don't care about optics, we're so lousy we'll grit our teeth and bear it." The reason our OL looks so bad is because the pitiful play calling allows no one to get into a rhythm. Offense needs rhythm. QB needs time. There's a way to do that. It's just a chopped up mess. Totally incumbent on completed passes from a QB that is under pressure every single down because there's no commitment to running.

It's a broken record now. They are literally trying to pound a square peg into a round hole over and over.
