IL football has lots of room for improvement. Among the power five conferences, I expect that IL could beat Kansas. Maybe Tennessee.

I'm talking about the refs, not an 18 year old kid.

I realize that, but you have to teach that 18 year old kid that he cannot control what the refs do or do not do, but he can control what he does, and getting a needless penalty that will do nothing but hurt his team is not the correct choice.
