Yes...sounds like KJ was close to being cleared. Gill was out for about 7 weeks. Only game Illini lost that year with Gill was Final Four game.

I’ve definitely had a sore forearm before, but I feel like if I was an 18-year-old athlete and future (possibly current) millionaire, I wouldn’t have that problem.

Kind of game with KJ out that it clicks for Riley for the rest of the year and is a turning point for us in a final four run…that’s what I’m gonna tell myself
We get to see what next year's team might look like tonight.
Riley hasn't had a decent game with meaningful production in a month. Tonight would be a nice night to turn that around.

I’m guessing if he’s in the starting lineup he practiced well. Otherwise I’d expect DGL to replace KJ. But BU may also be saving DGL to spell KB a bit.
