I just went back and watched the replay, in real time it looked like it went in but the slow mo before the break showed it from behind the backboard. I was so shocked when he shot the 2nd free throw!

If Southern isn’t power 5 athletic, they are just a tick below. Very encouraging Nico was able to not get sped up on offense and hold his own on defense. Hope he’s back soon!

Well I sprained my ankle on tuesday in February and was back in the lineup on Friday. Averaged 13 points and 11 rebounds the rest of the way.

Ankle still weird and painful to this day. Worth it.

Right, the good adjustment here by IL is how we shot so few 3s after starting by shooting them so poorly. This is exactly the correct thing to do. Go with what works best. The only exception (because we know Goode and Domask and TSJ can be career 40+% 3pt shooters) is to allow just these three guys to shoot wide open looks from 3. That keep both options available to IL and slowly brings 3s back as a threat as those wide-open looks start going in, so the defense can't stop guarding us on the perimeter.
