Game Thread: Illinois vs UAB

[BlueFlag]

Great score by #5 Valentine.

. . . but the flashing lights thing after a score is lame.

[LFOD]

Valentines patience is ELITE

So true

[xcatcher]

DL not happy with that 3 play scoring drive…

[DeeIL89]

Let's go Valentine.

[RML]

Let's see a nice long scoring drive from our offense.

Or...

[KingWolf11]

We are going to have one hell of a running back pitch my friends. Bret is insane.

[aaeismacgychel]

VALENTINE!!!!! I called the 40+yd TD in the pregame. Man he looks good

[Marshall_Lucky]

D is gonna be gassed if our drives are all like 15 seconds

[TentakilRex]

Guess we are a early 2010s Big XII team now

[Illinifan533]

Ca'Lil Valentine is going to have a huge season!

[Indy Illini Fan]

ELITE …

[Illinisnake]

I’m pretty sure we should have a good defense with all the changes people talked about right? Someone let me know, I don’t know everything about this team.

[LFOD]

Feed 5

[IlliniWu]

That OL looks damn good.

[KBLEE]

D is gonna be gassed if our drives are all like 15 seconds

They look like they've been gassed since the first series.

Beer man!

[KingWolf11]

Valentines patience is ELITE

Wont work against the best D lines we face but right now he looks like Leveon Bell truly

[zentrails]

Beer man!

drink!

[Fly Illini Fly!]

Mateleau is a great player.

[illinoistradition]

I do like that our front 3/4 has been able to get some pressure. That will help if that continues against Duke next week.

[Orangetool]

Valentine looks faster and way stronger.

[ILLFAN67]

Defense looks a little suspect so far.

[TheodoreRex]

Goodness gracious Beerman is a big dude, long, athletic... I think we are going to see many more tackles just like that!
