If we genuinely are less athletic than UTRGV (which I don't think is true) those injuries are not a sufficient explanation. I could see them having better ball handlers than us due to AC and Trent being out, but even then, an off-ball guard on a top 10 team should still have better handles than anyone playing for the #298 team on Kenpom.

I disagree. I think the roster is fine... on paper. The problem is they're not playing well as a team.
Hutch has not shown much. I thought he would be this driver of the ball but he is very tentative.
Why is Hawkins out? Let him be the point guard. We can’t have guys not Being a threat playing. We aren’t good enough for that.

I think the thing nobody, myself included, realized was how much better Ayo made a lot of these guys look. Everyone that was on this team last season looked a lot better last season. They've all taken a step back and Ayo not being on the team anymore seems like the most obvious explanation.

Exactly my thoughts. I was expecting hutch to be the guy that could drive in and either dish out or take it to the rim. So far he’s done that zero times.
