Pic from twitter of Samba Kane (right) running on the beach with a fellow teammate. Arms and shoulders look decently developed.

I know for a fact how difficult it is to run on the beach, shoes or no. That's hard work!

If you use the bumpers, you’ll get a strike 95% of time. Even DeAndre Jordan did it

Multiple league sources believe Missouri’s Jontay Porter plans to stay in the 2018 NBA draft and hire an agent. Porter currently projects as a late first/early second round selection.

The good: He's gone from Miznoz. The bad: Cuonzo can use it as a selling point.

I'd make that trade all day, every day. The Porter "era" had massive hype and very little return on the court.

They went from 8-24 to 20-13 and made the tournament while missing their star player for pretty much the whole season so I disagree. The hype from the Mizzou fans was unreal but they exceeded expectations IMO. But I'm glad that Mizzou was disappointed and is expecting a bad season this year.

Yeah, whatever your feelings about Cuonzo were, you can see what you want to see in that Mizzou season.

Oh, Miznoz had a decent season and a very good bounce back from the dreadful state they were in. But their season was a far cry from being a Top 20 squad, much less being a legit Final Four challenger.

I'd say they had a better season than what they are certainly use to having. Having said that, they had a ton of talent (Porter's, Tilmon, Harris, Robertson) and didn't really do that much with it as it relates to winning games that matter, and had some challenges off court as well.

So, I'd say they had a so-so season:

  • The lost the bragging rights game
  • They did not win a tournament game. Lost in the first round in the SEC tournament in St. Louis and got hammered by Florida State in the NCAA tournament
  • Had off numerous off court issues (drinking and driving, sex tapings, etc.)
  • Had their point guard (Harris, who MPJ recruited) leave the team midseason

Glass houses...
other than the bragging rights game, we didn't win a tournament game either, we didn't even make the NIT to have a chance to get blown out, we lost 1/2 of our team, compared to what we went through a couple of years ago they look like choir boys.
