I doubt anything much beyond what Kansas does for violating team rules. This is more of being a jerk issue vs an NCAA eligibility issue.

It's been widely rumored for a while, and beat reporters have started asking BU and Kofi about it. The response from them has been ,"don't have any info, waiting to see" in a way that clearly indicates something is coming. It's pretty obvious there will be some kind of punishment, the extent remains to be seen.
