I just googled "stupid trademarks". I don't waste brain cells on Kardashian facts...I save them for Gilligan's Island trivia.

I don't understand what this means.
He signed with a big-name sports agency for future his NIL deals. Roc Nation was founded by Jay Z. I think this will help tremendously in recruiting. It tells recruits that we have connections with the top dogs in the sports industry, though Skyy probably could've done this regardless of where he went to school.

Thank you. Should help with endorsement deals, then. Might benefit his brother as well.

(ESPN Article) Current Men's College Basketball coaches on why they transferred as players - Brand Underwood Interview

People are going to make decisions for any number of reasons. They come to college as boys, high school boys basketball players. They have to have a feel for the situation, their heart, and their passion.

I'm not here to doubt any of them. I know the guys I want in my program.

Doesn’t seem as ideal a fit as Nance but probably means Dain and Hawk play the 5 with Mayer and Hawk splitting time at the 4.

I'm not saying it's likely, but there is a very believable, reasonable scenario that has Illinois with 4 players chosen in the '23 NBA Draft.

You can make a reasonable case for TSJ, CoHawk, Skyy, and now Mayer. Imagine RJ taking a crazy leap like Murray at Iowa or Davis at Wisco. Dainja is getting big praise already.

Sorry I'm a little buzzed on the Orange Kool Aid. I'll switch to tea now.

I’m here for it.

I am a Goode fan. He has a quick release and to me, he almost always shoots three without hesitation. Like a born shooter. I know a lot of players can do that but not many Illini came in and shot like that as a freshman. He is also a little bit more than a spot shooter. He can shoot off dribble and step back. That's already pretty advanced for a freshman. Griffin was probably the last one but I feel Goode is better due to his height.

A prep step for NIL $$$ and more?

I like Goode and I think he'll play a lot. I think he will develop into a similar player to Grand.
