As things stand now, he's going to play an enormous role, which I was not expecting in early April. Seemed like he was destined to be a spot minutes guy. Now, not so much.

Ty improves his shooting and becomes an ELITE player that can run the point a decent amount.
TJ, Goode, AND Domask have +40% from 3pt land.
Coleman averages 15 ppg and 4 apg.
TJ averages 20 ppg
Ty is a lottery pick and first team big 10 averaging 10 ppg, 7 apg, and 10 rpg. 3 triple doubles during the season.
TJ and coleman are first round picks in the weaker class.
Final Four appearance.
It's possible for sure. Might have to squint a lot. but the opposite is also possible.
We're hardly able to get a lineup with that can both run the offense and defense effectively and we get taken advantage of by everyone and finish the year close to .500 and are 10th or so in the B1G and also miss the tournament and get embarrassed by Purdue in the first game of the B1G tourney.

I don’t trust any of the off season narrative remember Jason Kidd, Omar Payne, etc.

That would be quite a jump for Rodgers.
He will need a reliable perimeter jump shot to keep people honest to make that leap.
If he's only getting 10 ish minutes at the PG spot, does that mean that BU will be splitting up the additional 30 minutes between Sencire and Ty? I'm going to have to leave the room and have the hospital on speed dial if that's the case. I suppose that another add on is possible(you'd know better than me obviously), but they option seems to be dwindling as that flight overseas gets nearer.
Total guess, but my expectation at this early stage: 25 min avg for DGL, 10 Ty, 5 TSJ.

What I think we need out of our PG is getting facilitating efficiently, guarding, and scoring/breaking down a defense when it is there (in that order). We don't need them to be the #1 option. If I looking at those attributes without the PG label I think of Ty Rodgers.

Highlights from the highlights:
Ty looks great. Big, fast, driving with force, passing well, finishing, even made a turnaround J.
DGL deep 3.
Amani looks great. Led the break and got an assist to Sencire in one clip. Him taking a tough lefty runner over Dain was funny because you can hear someone in the background saying “don’t force that next time” right before he sinks it.

Yes and No. Just from what I have heard, Ty has blown everyone away so far and looks to be really good.
