Looks like Moretti is physically dominating DGL.
I hope that includes about 10,000 FT's a day for at least 3 of the guys (Ty, Sincere, Dain)
Clearly the biggest and saddest takeaway from this is Dain losing the dragon horn hairdo.
It wouldn’t hurt Goode either. His percentage was in the mid 60s last I knew.I hope that includes about 10,000 FT's a day for at least 3 of the guys (Ty, Sincere, Dain)
It doesnt matter how many they shoot each day if their technique/form isnt correct.I hope that includes about 10,000 FT's a day for at least 3 of the guys (Ty, Sincere, Dain)

Did Rick Berry use the right techniqueIt doesnt matter how many they shoot each day if their technique/form isnt correct.
He's a career 75% shooter...on eight attempts. It wouldn’t hurt Goode either. His percentage was in the mid 60s last I knew.
It's a white out game

Well, I stand corrected then. (I know he was out forever with the injury, and he’s more of a spot up guy rather than a scorer/even a slasher…but I’m surprised he doesnt have a few more attempts than that total.)He's a career 75% shooter...on eight attempts.
He did. If he hadnt he would have missed more. It doesnt matter if it is overhand or underhand there is a right way & a wrong way. Thats why pro teams have a shooting coach & a free throw coach. The Mavs had the same free throw coach for years and were always around 80%. Then they decided they didnt need 2 coaches & they are horrible right now, 25th place in the league last season.Did Rick Berry use the right technique

It's not like he's played a ton of minutes, which is part of it as well.Well, I stand corrected then. (I know he was out forever with the injury, and he’s more of a spot up guy rather than a scorer/even a slasher…but I’m surprised he doesnt have a few more attempts than that total.)
You don't want to just brush this one off. Will it be shown on YouTube?

Goode was 2 for 2 last year and 4 for 6 as a freshman so 75% in 2 years but it's an incredibly small sample size(Just like RJ shooting 60% from 3 as a freshman). His shot looks good though so I don't have any questions about his ft shooting ability plus his play style will never create a ton of free throws. It wouldn’t hurt Goode either. His percentage was in the mid 60s last I knew.

Well, the original Twitter post said TRAIN, DEVELOP, repeat, so I'm giving the coaching staff the benefit of the doubt that they are attempting to coach these guys up beyond telling them "shoot 10,000 FT's, I'll see you tomorrow". We'll see if they show any ability as a staff to improve something that was pretty subpar overall. It doesnt matter how many they shoot each day if their technique/form isnt correct.
A very well coached team that has won the conference 5 straight years, and made 4 NCAA tourneys in a row (sans the covid cancel).

This is where I'm at. Without a seasoned PG, this is going to be a bumpy ride. If we bring one aboard and have a guy that can steady the ship and make the right plays... especially late in games, we're going to be pretty good.I’d guess the same, maybe a bit better than last year. But if they add a capable PG or Williams is healthy and eligible, my prediction would be about a 3 seed.
