LOL...remimds me of a conundrum a good friend of mine could have had that may have effected his career. As he learned to play through grade school, his high school had a legendary coach who required ALL his players to shoot free throws with the two hand underhand method. He simply could not do it much better than 40% while shooting 84-94% using his conventional style from his sr. year and beyond. Fortunately, the coach left before he got to high school and he was a consensus All-Stater and honorable mention All-America.Is he really going to go the Rick Berry method of free throws? Good for him if he does. Kids today would rather look cool and shoot 40%(in Sencire's case 20%), than be different and shoot 75% and helping your team.
What do you consider average skill?I want to see at least some avg. skill in all.
Yeah, usually right after I ask myself "Why are they discussing Podz."Do you ever skim through a thread and ask yourself, "Why are they discussing Trent Meacham?'

The sheer weakness of the big ten at the PG and C positions is such a stark contrast to recent years.
FWLIW, I think Dain can pretty easily move up to 3rd
I feel like Hawkins is going to be the starting center. It seems like with the current roster the best group will involve him playing center.

who are kidding, its edey and everybody else.

Great, Mady sissoko will be pissed off being ranked #13 and throw elbows and haymakers all year long. . Everyone need to be on concussion watch 2023

EXCEPT SHOOT!
Would be surprised if Ware ends the season that low

I agree with this roster, I would love to see him at the 5. But for some reason I feel like it’s unlikely. I have nothing much to support my hunch. But, I’m guessing we see him there sparingly again this year. (Maybe he stays on the perimeter out of necessity?: natural point guard shortage, injury, attrition…?)I feel like Hawkins is going to be the starting center. It seems like with the current roster the best group will involve him playing center.
Also this ranking is massively sleeping on Ware. He could very well end up being the best defensive center and rim protector in the country while provided some offense.
I would gladly take any combination of jerseys as long as we don't use the boring modern ones. With all the talk about the football uniforms, have any insiders actually heard that we might get new "regular" uniforms for basketball? I don't know if I heard that somewhere a long time ago or if I just made it up in my head to match football?
As a "Plan A," I would honestly just support making our "regular" jerseys the 1989 ones, adding the blue and white ones below to the orange one we have now:

Then keep the white script jerseys for special occasions. If people really don't like that and want to keep a "new" jersey ... hell, it might be time to bust out an updated version of our 2000-2006 kits for some good luck.
