odd that we’re 2 weeks from August.. about 5 weeks from classes starting… and we still don’t have dates for the European trip?
Is it not August 4-14? I thought I had seen that reported some time ago. But maybe they retracted that.

It's been nearly eight years and yet the first thing I think of when I see anything about these overseas trips is Darius Paul getting arrested in France.

Not to turn this into another "Do we love or hate Brad Underwood thread", but God what a hole we were in.

The good thing about the transfer portal is that you don't wait on players like Darius Paul anymore. He tied up a scholarship for two years, bad management by Groce and coaches. So when everyone sees advantages of the portal for players, coaches also have advantages as well. You don't perform, they are not waiting on you either.

Man… that 2013-14 team looking back on it had a ton of really good players….

If Tracy doesn’t tear his Achilles & Darius stays out of trouble…we could’ve had a much better 2013-2015 stretch that maybe saves Groce a bit more time..

Average to below average results on the court plus off court issues will get you fired nearly every time .....we are in a much better place now....not necessarily exactly where many of us want to be...but moving in the right direction.

Hunter Dickface just being a Dickface:

"I feel like at Michigan, they weren’t as nice. They were nice people but not as nice," Dickinson said. "I feel like Michigan is like a fake Midwest. Kansas is actually like a Midwest town. I loved my time in Michigan, but the people here at Kansas are especially nice.”

Not that I'm a fan of the state of Michigan, but talk about biting the hand that fed ya . . . .

Right, and BU deserves credit for building a culture, even if it slipped last year. He wasn’t afraid to suspend Tev and park him on the bench, even when we didn’t have a lot of talent on the roster.

Hunter stays on brand no matter what uniform he's wearing.
At least this year his odds of not losing to Illinois are a lot better.

I've lived in both states. He's completely accurate in his statement.

Bro… we are the winningiest team in conference the past 4 years, have been a tourney team the past 4 years, have something like 17 or 18 wins versus top 15 teams the past 4 years, 2 regular season conference titles a BTT title…. Brad deserves a lot more than “deserving credit for building a culture”…. I don’t know what’s exactly happened to this board since April but y’all are talking CRAZY!

People on here really liked him just a couple short months ago.
Oh yeah. I remember that.

Let’s be clear. He is a dickface. But also a great college basketball player that I’d want on my team 10 times out of 10.

Only time I’d draw the line is with a player like Grayson Allen that actively tries to injure other players and subsequently throws temper tantrums. Hunter ain’t that bad
