Yeah I get it. That pov isn't wrong.
I'm a bit of a college basketball romantic though. I really like the traditions and rivalries and passion of cbb and I'll continue to hang on to that as much as I can, even though those ideals are becoming more and more antiquated. It's really one of the few times I let myself ignore logic and reason and slip on my meat head sports fanatic hat.

Wish they would just go ahead and make the script uniforms our regular. Then add a blue set and orange as well with same design. Players seem to love the script above others as well.

DGL will be good but might need to adjust to the college game
Those 5 against last years starters would have been a tough matchup. Practice will be competitive
Got lost in the RayJ drama. He transferred during the peak of those shenanigans.

During the 1983-84 season, our starting lineup had sequential numbers.
21 - Quinn Richardson
22 - Doug Altenberger
23 - George Monthomery
24 - Efrem Winters
25 - Bruce Douglas.
I donāt think Iāve ever seen such a sequential combo on the floor at any one time for Illinois ever since. Itās possible ā although probably not likely ā we could see that this year.
0 - Terrance Shannon

2 - DGL
3 - Marcus Domask
4 - Justin Harmon
Number 5 is a walk-on, so thatās even less likely. Perhaps this lineup might make the floor for a brief moment during mop up time. It could also be a late game free throw lineup, but Sencire would have to greatly (GREATLY!) improve from the line.
