Saw Moretti in the DGL clip and immediately thought it was a walk on getting cooked

Underwood said in the interview after the practice that they're working on basic stuff for the moment, to get the new guys up to speed for the Spain trip. It might be too early to predict the quality of our offense in November, December, etc., based on what we're seeing in videos Aug. 2nd.
Shouldn’t matter what month it is people….
Lack of intensity is troubling anytime of year, practice or not.

I've been on the DGL train since we had clips of him this past winter/spring. I really can not wait to see what he does this year. I said it in another post that he seems to have a massive chip on his shoulder - and he is looking to make some noise.

DGL is channeling a ton of Trent Frazier vibes from what we are hearing. Trent had the unique combination of drive, work ethic, belief in himself, and ultimately, humility. If DGL has all that, I'll not only be impressed but excited, as he seems to have plus athleticism as well. Will he stick around long enough to develop it? Who knows in this age?

DGL has some Allen Iverson vibe, and I'm enjoying the early footage. Man, it burns me that we are going to run the same offense. Weak screens, everyone stands around, 1 person plays 1v1 and shoots. Maybe not hiring your son as an assistant coach and getting another assistant with a different perspective on X's and O's would have been the play with the hiring!

Based on those highlights, there is no way on planet Earth Sencire Harris isn't getting significant playing time this season. He can now easily get above the rim, he's no longer just on on-ball defender but is jumping passing lanes, and his stroke from the other clip looks much more fluid. He looks like huge sophomore leap material and fact is, he was pretty darn good as a freshman. Barring injury, I have trouble seeing how he doesn't force Brad to keep him off the bench.
