Sorry if I missed this, but does anyone why Booth has not played much, even when we were in desperate need for Bigs (when Morez was out). I know some posters have hinted at something, especially in some recent game threads, but I don't recall hearing or seeing anything that would explain why has not been used, even in garbage, considering he's getting paid NIL money (right?)
I think it is mostly because he is not very good. There is a look of surprise on his face every time he brings down a rebound. Sort of a "Now what do I do?" look.
Because he's unplayable. Even in garbage time. Bad evaluation by the staff.
Yeah on Booth, I get Omar Payne vibes. All of the physical tools in the world, but just can’t seem to put it together on the court.

I get the comp, but Omar was way more effective in his role than Booth. I mean, Booth doesn’t even have a role. Omar never lived up to his tools/talent but he at least had impactful games and played a consistent backup role. If Omar’s experience shows anything (big step down to UCF and still didn’t play all that much), Booth is going to have to take a major step down in competition if he wants to play heavy minutes (I’m not all that convinced he does though).
Yeah, Payne definitely helped us out in his brief playing time.

Some nice wins this year, but compared to what could have been, obviously a disappointing end.
But the silver lining in my eyes is that there are some pieces to build on. Hopefully some lessons are learned and things are corrected.

Goodnight year of the young and inexperienced team. You never quite lived up to our highest of hopes and were ultimately an extremely wild and turbulent ride. One I'd never like to ride again, thank you. Next year, give me a team full of experienced dogs with something to prove.
I love this post. Kylan, Ivisich and Johnson would be a good start.

Let's stop with the Kasparas hate. He was very bad the last month for the most part, but overall he had an awesome freshman season. He will do great things at the next level.
Shout out to Kylan Boswell and Tomi Ivisic. Those two are going to be awesome next year, and were our two best players in this tournament overall.

As of now, I would be shocked if he doesn't
Telling the fanbase to stop with the KJ hate is just plain silliness. He's been pretty much awful since he injured his wrist/forearm- mixed in with a few solid games. His last 4 games in the postseason he's had 24 TO's and averaged 6 a game. In multiple games within the last month or 2, I've felt that he has played a major role in losing us games with his careless play and at times really bad defense. He absolutely deserves much of the fanbases frustrations. Please don't tell us how to feel, especially after an extremely disappointing final game and in some respects, a disappointing season.

1. He was great for a freshman. Not a great college player.
2. He might do great in the NBA I don’t see how some average defenders in college can fluster him but the NBA guards won’t. His turnovers are incredibly bad now, he’s gonna have to improve that by leaps and bounds.
3. We all better hope Boswell, Ivisic and Morez come back.
