Could someone scan and post a pic of the card? I am not able to attend home games and don't know what you are talking about as I am in the desert southwest.

However, I will be in attendance for the Illinois/USC game and screaming loud! :illinois:
According to the handout poster, these are a three-game promotion, Indiana, Michigan, Oregon. The Michigan game will include a halftime show.

Laughing, as my wife was about to tear it open Sunday night, and I was like STOP!

I'll bet there were dozens, if not hundreds, of these left behind (or never picked up at all) at the game - especially in the 'blue hair' sections. I came very close to doing just that. Good games to be part of the SFC cleanup crew I'd say.

I’m sorry to revisit this, but…..what?

LMAO the guy who runs this account is one of my long time buddies, he and I actually just went to the GCU vs Boise State and the ASU vs Arizona games together last week. 90% of his content is specifically rage bait to get more traffic. I told him about how the Krush was getting called out for being awful and he put them on there to try and get comments/clicks. Just funny seeing his content on here.

Brad doesn't adapt

sorry for not reading every post, but if anyone said that they are crazy. i remember an article about him at oksu where he changed their style midseason. the cowboys went on a tear and then very nearly got a win over um and beilein in the tournament (10-7 matchup, so not one of beilein's powerhouses, but still quite a turnaround).

and that is to say nothing of the different things he's tried here.

My friend didnt get his because he said he didn't "get it" even after I told him what they were going for on Ebay. He sure was pissed after the game when the scalper offered $100 cash. Wish I had taken his ticket to get two for myself!

I realize this is not about this year but what are the chances that Illinois gets back Andrej, Tomi and Big Z next year?

I am an unabashed Petrovic supporter. There were a couple of comments recently ("With Petro borderline unplayable” and “Other than Petrovic, I can't really think of many players under BU that we thought would be a big time player that completely flamed out”) that I think are unfair. If KW had gone to Minnesota or anywhere else, MP would have been the Illinois PG, and I think he would have been a good one. I see him as “good” Curbello. A pure PG. Don’t get me wrong, KW is a far better PG, just saying if he wasn’t here, MP would be starting. I don’t think you can say he flamed out because he was never given a chance. I mean, how can one flame out if the flame was never lit? And he is far from unplayable. Sure, he has had some rough minutes, but I think that has more to do with just not getting enough practice time with the team and not getting enough minutes on the court in actual games. It seems people forget a couple or few games where he played really well that people, even sports writers via twitter, got excited. For instance, after the UTRGV game (I think, it’s been a while):

Dariush Takhtehchian, M.D
@takhtehchianmd
22-year-old Mihailo Petrovic. As advertised. Already has 12 pts, 3 dimes, 2 boards in 12 minutes

Someone here posted, "I need more Mihailo."

And another: I'll go out on a limb here and say we got a good one in Petrovic.
Really good, really quick.

And there were a few other similar posts.

And if I remember correctly, he played well against Southern U. It wasn’t just at garbage time. I think it was in the first half. MP took over the PG duties, and KW played wing. Worked pretty well, but then, Southern was not much competition. The point is, he has played well when he gets significant minutes. So I would not call him unplayable or a flameout.

Looking at eligibility and looking at next years team. Hopefully trying to go back to back in 2027…I see we can return a big core of our guys next year. Andrej, Tomi, Z, Jake and Mirk all could be back next year. WOW….that core with a couple good new guards….that would be amazing. What a time to be an Illini fan.

Yeah, I agree with you after thinking this over.
Trent and Ayo made everything else possible. Those two changed the game in Champaign and I think Brad would agree - no Trent or Ayo and he's probably not even coaching here now.
Two legends, forget stars.

This guy makes so many boneheaded, ignorant points.... but Mike tends to disprove him with reason and logic:

Mike is the man…but I’d honestly rather watch a Kevin Hart movie than sit through a hoops show that occasionally trots out Jeff Goodman and Tyler Hansbrough. Field of 68 should come with an FDA warning that certain guests on the show may cause lowered IQ & aneurysms.

It's just a lazy take based on revisionist history the last couple games.

1. Andrej has been a decent defender, but yes he can't keep Fears out of lane by himself.
2. Yes, Wisconsin got into the paint at will in the 2nd half, without Illinois top 2 on ball defenders.

Having Boz back cleans all of this up. Andrej as your #2 on ball defender is more than fine. Boz is also going to take pressure of Keaton with ball handling duties. Boz, Andrej, and now Keaton can all get to the rim when shots aren't falling.

Yeah I mean if the #4 team in NET isn’t a contender then what are we even doing? Just take the top 2 teams in a composite metric ranking, have them play a single game for the NC, and do away with the tournament altogether.

Also ignoring the fact that our guys were absolutely gassed against Wisconsin in the second half.

To me the point he makes in the final minute of the video (click to around 4:20) is the most ridiculous part.
