Looks like we get a shortened version of the "longest game in the history of NCAA football" ---- in advance of tonight's kick-off. BTN is carrying the 60-minute version of last season's victory over Penn State..........in 9 OT's.

I think we improved in a couple areas from last season: QB, RB, WR, DL
Got worse in a few areas: OL, TE, saftey and specialist.
Push/too early: LB, CBs, OLB

Pearl will be at LT. Transfer center is still a want. Which would push philstrom to guard along with Crisler and slaughter will be fighting for the 2 spots. Adams is the swing guy. Will be the 6th lineman.

It appears that redshirt freshman linebacker Kalen Villanueva has entered the transfer portal. According to the article, he was pretty far down the the depth chart at LB.
How about if after replay shows the officials blew It, they are suspended for the next game without pay.
Sleeping on Kreutz at C. The kid has great technique and is aggressive (just undersized) I wasnt thrilled with philstroms low snaps, it's much harder to snap in actual high pressure games than in practice vs backups. Crisler had a nice pancake against a smaller freshman LB, but isnt ready for P5 football yet.

I think our qb room is better than it has been in several years. Two experience guys with many games under their belt. But we have two to three guys who can come in and play. Collier I thought looked good in the Spring Game. I see him third on the depth chart. I can see them using Collier's legs during certain plays.
I just don’t see it with kreutz. I think he’s scrappy. But they moved philstrom and started him over kreutz for a reason. This staff likes size upfront. I’d love it if kreutz would be the guy however. Wisecarver is low on the depth chart currently. He wasn’t even on the second line during the scrimmage. He’s on transfer watch from what I heard. I do agree that crisler might not be ready and adams could very well start over him. Barlev is another sleeper as well.
