Revenge game for Chattanooga. Hopefully they will have flashbacks to Coleman stuffing their chance at the NCAA tournament upset.

Hope we can find six or seven wins here. Think we will. Would love to see a fast start so that when Oct. 8 rolls around that Iowa comes to Champaign we will have 50,000-plus Illini fans and not 15,000 or more Hawkeyes.

I'm not seeing a win vs UVA. I sure hope I'm wrong and we put up a fight this year.

I could see 6 in typical illini fashion. We will lose one we should win. And win one we shouldn’t.

Wins: Wyoming, chat, NW, Purdue, Nebraska, Minnesota.

Losses: Virginia, Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, mich, mich state

Completely fair, but I have faith that BB, RW, and BLJ will develop game plans that will keep us in games.

Last year I was hoping for 4 wins and to be in most games.

This year I am hoping for 5-6 wins and to be in all games with the exception of Michigan. I don't think we get blown out by UM, just never really close. All the other expected losses play good defense and semi-conservative offense. So with a good game plan we can be within a score in the 4th quarter.

I'm very pumped for this upcoming season and look forward to hopefully potentially improved QB play and good to great play calling.

IMO we gave away too many games last season (Purdue, Iowa, and another game that is escaping me atm)

Love this coaching staff and have big time trust & confidence in Coach Bielema and co to improve our football program.

As much as I love our stadium, this video reinforces my desire for our beloved to get some orange or navy colored seats. That gray just looks and feels dreary and depressive. Much like our spring weather has been..

Started off strong(on par with other startup football leagues) but probably not even scraping 1mil viewers at this point.

Having all the teams play in Birmingham is a bit odd, but season 1 is basically a sales pitch for the teams.

Problem is no one can really gauge how a team will be received in their actual locales. Does Pittsburgh really care for a team that is winless and looked just awful in pretty much every game?

I'm always looking for year round football, but it takes a lot to succeed.

I was only two games off in my basketball predictions so here we go with my perfect football predictions
Wins: Wyoming, Indiana, Virginia, Chattanooga, Minnesota, Northwestern
Losses: Wisco, Lowa, Nebraska, MSU, Purdue, scUM
Good enough for 6-6(3-6) and a bowl game which in everyone's eyes would be quite the successful season after losing 10 guys to the NFL and other key players.

I believe you are correct on the wins but we can beat Nebby and/or Purdue. 8-4 best case, 7-5 more realistic.
