I have a very strong feeling that Luke will perform better than 3 of these guys. It really makes you appreciate him taking a near 50% pay cut to stay here. Tuck Fennessee, btw

I think we are fine. I don't know if we have that guy who can take the top off. Dixon and Bowick? Although, it seems like we have the most speed on one team that I can remember from reports ive seen. Guys who run crispy routes and possession guys will for sure not be an issue. Beatty, Clement and TE's should have it covered there. I'm excited to see Capka-Jones' progression. I think this room is very capable. One or two will stand out eventually, but I think they are all capable and dangerous. I think we have some backs we could split out as well and I can already see the Feagin wheel route TD's happening.

hoping Clement is the guy with sticky hands that can catch the 8 yard pass (in traffic or on the sideline) on 3rd & 7

Get started tailgating early on the OSU weekend. 😭

Thanks for the info Fighter.

I'm interested to see what Dave Portnoy brings to the Big Noon Kickoff show this year. I'm not a big fan of the guy personally, but he is very influential right now so it might bring a bunch more eyes to the show.

Pat McAfee saved College Gameday IMO. Big Noon needs someone charismatic like that, I just don't think Portnoy was the right choice.

McAfee is a clown.

Coach just said in a video a couple days ago that Beatty and Dixon were heads and tails above the competition and he mentioned others including Elzy, Kapka-Jones and Clement.

Take that as you may.
My (fairly random) guess would be that Clement, Dixon, Beatty are the top 3 best options. But none of those guys are X receivers, so Clement probably doesn’t start. Whoever emerges of Elzy/Bowick/Capka is probably the most intriguing aspect of the competition.

McAfee certainly isn't a lot of people's cup of tea (and there are even times that I find him grating) but you can't argue his passion for a lot of the stuff he's involved in, whether it's college football or WWE.
My issue is I think he started passionate and now it’s just an over the top exaggerated act to drive reels. Make a redic statement to get a reaction, not because it’s what he truly thinks.

People fell in love with Corso because he stayed true as himself on gameday. Or if you want passionate guys that have hot takes but you can listen to I go to a Nick Wright or Danny Parkin type mold (who I think would do fantastic in a live/engaged setting - they are annoying but it’s funny).

Never really liked either one of them. Especially Parkins. When he was at 670 the Score, he was too much storyline driven sports talk and if anything deviated from what he had thought, he struggled.

WR room seems great idk what people are worried about. We also have all 5 OL returning. My questions are still for the interior of the DL.
If he replicates his West Virginia self, Durajaye can/will have Dennis Briggs type impact - even in terms of plug and play stats. James Thompson is very good. I feel A TON better going into this year compared to last about that group.
