Disappointing for Pieters. Li was extremely fortunate on his first two shots to not be in a penalty area, then made that awful chip. Too bad Thomas could not get up and down from the bunker to keep the match going.

Hopefully Nick plays well!

Pieters got to a playoff in the European Tour, but unfortunately lost on a playoff hole. Still a strong 2nd place finish. Detry also had a good tournament and finished 15th.

Stricker finished 2nd at the US Senior Open.
Hardy is up to 137th on the Fed Ex Cup points list. (Top 125 keep their tour cards)

It looks like all the LIV golfers have been dropped from the rankings.
I also noticed that PGATour.com just put out the power rankings for this week's John Deere event and they have Hardy ranked 7th. I am glad the kid is getting some good publicity.

Mikelson is still listed at #212 on the Fedex cup web page but that is tied to the PGA so it would not seem that those players would keep their points. I have no other information to support that so TIFWIW.

Not a great start for Hardy, took a double late to undermine his round. right on the cut line, needs to bear down tomorrow. These next three tourneys are huge for him and missed cuts are not gonna work. Grind it out.

Hardy birdied his last 2 holes to get back to Even (T63). Points had a rough day, +4 (T135).
On the Korn Ferry Feagles is +2 (T107).
Like whatahack said, the Irish Open isn't going well either.

It appears putting woes hurt Hardy today. He lost nearly 3 shots to the field on the greens. Greens appeared tough on tv...watched Zach Johnson 3 putt from 4 feet!

Hardy is moving up and is T69 (one shot from making the cut) with 10 holes to play. DA Points is having a really nice back 9, but is going to miss the cut.

I think Hardy is on the cut line, it is predicted at -2, currently there are only 55 players at -3. 65th and ties are the cut. He is close. keep grinding.
