This is what it is all about and what I love about the tour. The amount of 'he earned this' is beyond off the charts. What a career defining moment and testimony to his character. Love everything about this win. All the way down to giving up 30yard but just doing it the way he knows best. Man. awesome.
Totally agree. We all enjoy the big battles between the established stars, but I absolutely love seeing the emotion from these life-changing wins by the guys who've been grinding for years. It's something LIV can never replicate. That it's been an Illini 2 of the past 3 weeks makes it that much better!
For sure on Potgieter, his acknowledgment of the pitch shot to 3 feet was total class.... I love the underrated PGATour weekends where you get to see the insane talent from guys who you rarely hear about on high profile weekends. To have two ILL alums win already this year is so good for the program.

I'm surprised that Brian Campbell didn't take a week off, as his schedule got much busier with the Arnold Palmer and Players in the next two weeks. We'll see if he can follow up with another solid weekend. Good luck to all Illini!

All 4 in position to play the weekend. Campbell hit the water on 11, got a double bogey, then rallied with 4 birdies to close out.
Good to see ADC back on Korn Ferry, I wasn't sure if he'd try to stay in Europe this year.
