He's just very impactful, he makes things happen out there, the flow of the game finds him. We all know that, but it's hard to know how it will translate to the next level.

Big growth step for him will be guarding bigger players. Any time Ayo is the longer player at either end he's got you, but he's not going to be the longer player a lot of the time in the NBA.

IMO, Ayo has "it".

He has "it" on defense, he has "it" on offense, he has "it" on effort, and he has "it" on intangibles.

You cant find "it" on analytic charts.

"It" overcomes a whole lot of minor nits and flaws....and "it" will allow all those things to get even better.

I hate that my head goes here but thinking where last years team would've been with full time Curbelo at point and Ayo off ball....man.

He's flourishing though this is awesome.

Well , that was a lot of fun....39-11 to close out the game.....Ayo played GREAT and I'm so glad I decided to watch the second half....I am now going to start watching all the Bulls games and cheer on one of the best Illini ever....

Ayo came in with around 4 minutes in 3rd period and the game started to turn with better team play and a lot of switching and double teaming on D.....I tried 3 different feeds and finally got the celtics feed that was the best.....Their announcers were very effusive with praise for Ayo.......I wanted Ayo to do the ice water in the veins thingy after his 3 that gave the Bulls the lead ...maybe being a rookie would have been too much.....

Great game and great comeback....BTW , is L. Ball that good to be a starter ????.....First game I have ever seen him playing and the bulls comeback came with him on the bench....

I'm so proud of Ayo and as I said in another post earlier today...Never count Ayo out of anything ....he is the real deal and will show every other team that they messed up by passing on him on draft night.....

I looked for a way to create a link, but couldn't find it. But if you look at the play by play on the NBA website you get the clip for pretty much any play that creates a stat. Ayo has a nice alley oop in the 4th as well.

I love me some Stacey King. “Give me the hot sauce!”

I am so happy for Ayo. He has a great mentality and it shows through to his game. He still has that killer instinct.
