Completely agree. He's an adult and can make whatever decisions he wants to make him happy and/or secure a nice paycheck. And it's not like this one of those situations where a broke former athlete/celebrity is just desperate for money and unintentionally compromising their health in pursuit of the bag (e.g. Jose Conseco). Clearly it's a hobby of his and I'm sure he loves the challenge that it brings

My gut reaction too, though this article (and Ryan Spann's quote) gave me second thoughts. Gore still scares the hell outta me though.
I'm no fan, and haven't seen a single episode, but DWTS is popular enough that if DWill were on it I guarantee you way more people would know him for that than his NBA career. It's not bad as far as post-career attempts to cash in on/extend fame go.
