Seems wrong of you to have left Giorgi B. out of this comment... speaking of whom, I am surprised we haven't brought him on as some sort of recruiting ambassador or something. I'm betting we'd pay him more than the G-League.

Edit: Though I'm looking at his Wikipedia now and with the short G-League season, looks like he can play for two teams per year and probably earn OK money.

Just was able to watch for a few minutes so was not really engaged , thought I did here the announcer say his name at one point.

truly remarkable. to all the naysayers, Ayo is 3rd in the league in 3pt % at 49.3% on 4.1/game which is the highest volume of his career.

pair that with overall 53.9% from the field (17th in the league, as a shooting guard) and its truly amazing. everyone knows hes going to get to the rim whenever he can but hes rarely thwarted. so happy for him, he deserves to get paid

I’m not that familiar with the Bulls, so what do you think is going to happen and why. What’s the point in trading a talent and local stud like Ayo?

Guess I've always thought that by the time a player got to the NBA, their shot is what it is. But Ayo seems to have made a huge progression in his three-point shooting, and the sample size is pretty decent after 19 games. It's not only that he's making almost 50%, that likely will regress. But his shot looks different and repeatable. I know he always has been a hard worker, but it seems he also is willing to make adjustments in his game. Not all players at his level or even in college are willing to do that.

The big reason Ayo shot has improved is he listens not like the majority of people who don’t listen

you'd be surprised at how many people make a jump after a few years in the league. the hard part is getting that time to improve while in the league. same with college programs, culture matters which cultivates growth (see what I did there). look at Miami, they got 2 guys in Tyler herro and Bam adebayo that were nothin great the first few years but then have become studs after developing. let's hope KJ is next on that list

Ayo is motivated and driven to improve
Maybe a coaching career after he gets done with the NBA, maybe 12 to 15 more years 😃

Has turned himself into "oh wow. he can hang as a rookie 2nd rounder" to "ya, hell be in the league awhile" to "wait. hes still only 25 and putting up these numbers and efficiency?"

I've recalibrated my ceiling for him in the league every year. Just so happy for that dude.

Ayo currently cheap in a trade to match salaries, expiring contract, etc. Who knows with this front office though
