My recollection was he hurt his shoulder during the season and after the injury his turnovers drastically went up. He had 17 turnovers in Illinois' last three games last year. The nagging injuries to Morez and Jakucionis really hurt us late last season. We had a real good roster last year.

Watched the first quarter of his game yesterday against the Celtics. His teammates didn’t throw him the ball. He made a cut to the basket, was wide open, and his guard just ignored him.
He keeps creeping his scoring average up towards double digits. It’s at 8.6/game now.
He’ll need to average 15.6 a game the rest of the way to make it 10 for the year. It’ll be close. That would be quite an accomplishment for a kid who started the season as a 19-year-old developmental project.
