Zook had some stellar recruits that made it to the NFL, and I believe most of the posters here agree that Lovie recruited some studs, and pretty much did nothing with them. Looks like the Beckman effect appeared for 7 years of generally downward trending.

I know so little about this. If a team were to pick a guy up on waivers, do they have to put him on the 53 man squad? Seems like if not there would be more movement.
