This is how I see things as they stand now.

Main rotation:
1-Destiny, Aaliyah, Jasmine
2-Aaliyah, Jasmine, Maddy,
3-Maddy, Gretchen, Berry
4-Berry, Gretchen?
5-Lety, Manuella, Hayven

Bench:
Erica, Cearah, Naomi, Irene, Mia

I think Cearah would have the best chance of breaking into the rotation. at the 4. And those top 6 would see the vast majority of the playing time. Erica would be strictly a 3pt specialist. Naomi could be a surprise.

Extremely young and inexperienced. Nothing like this years team. Probably take a while to gel. Lookout the following years.
You really think Gretchen isn’t starting?? Cmon man

She is coming off an injury. But no I think the top 6 are all starters at some point. Maddy and Berry seem to be the two most likely to start. But any of them could end up being the best player. It should be a very interesting season. Can we make the tourney again? 50/50 chance. That’s being optimistic!

I have drank the cool aid. I see this team as a definite tourney team by the end of the year!

IMO, sometimes Destiny, Maddy, Gretchen, Berry and Lety will start. Other times perhaps Destiny, Aaliyah, Berry, Cearah and Lety or others shown below.
"Way Early" Depth Chart:
1. Destiny, Aaliyah, Jasmine
2. Aliyah, Jasmine, Erica, Gretchen
3. Gretchen, Maddy, Cearah, Erica
4. Berry, Cearah, Manuella, Maddy
5. Lety, Hayven, Manuella, Naomi

But the talent level has increased right?
That isn't an easy question to answer. I'll give it a shot. Looking at the rankings of the girls who were ranked coming out of high school and are leaving and comparing that to the incoming girls who were ranked coming out of high school.
Leaving - high school rank:
Bryant - 46
Allen - 98
Cook - 82
Bollin - 26
McKenzie - 53
Bostic - 67

Incoming - high school rank:
Guyton - 57
Benson - 98
Jackson - 28
Parchment - 40
Alves - 61

This doesn't look at girls who are returning and doesn't look at those who were not ranked coming out of high school. There doesn't appear to be significant differences between the two groups.

I believe Dolan will be the starting 2 guard and will have the "green light" like she did before at the start of last season. She only played in 9 games before injury and is a natural scorer. Even though she had some impressive rebounding numbers, I don't see her as a 3 or 4.

I certainly agree with your observations. Gretchen is a very nice player. I have never been able to ascertain what her injury was and was it healed only with rest. Any procedures peformed? Recurring injury or completely healed. Prognosis?

All I ever heard was a knee injury but it was like the NHL injury reports of lower body injury.....so vague and not defining....

BTW , Gretchen will be the most important returning player as far as experience and potential along with Wallace......

the summer program takes on added importance to mold and blend this basically new roster into a connected team like we have enjoyed the past few years......

I firmly believe that coach Green is the coach that can do that and we will be a tourney team come March......i really really do..

I hope she has a summer very similar to the first one because the players came out ,for the most part prepared to run the system. So far she has done well with all her Portal targets learn and implementing their system.Im hoping the freshmen catch on as well.We need this Fab Five to breakout early.,
