I do see Serah Williams is still not signed.Nor is Guyton,but there is one that's made for the ILL-INI named Gianna Kneepkins .Since they are all still available and the big teams seem to be grabbing early,those are some nice players.

I think we need one like Serah Williams first.I don't think we need a center even though Serah was one for Wisconsin.I think we a young competent guard 5 ft 9 or better a 4-5 player like Serah and 3 and D forward just to season all the Freshmen we have coming.. But not to keep them planted on the bench.
No nothing on the women huh?,,It wouldn't hurt to put out some rumors, even if you don't get them..just something to keep a chat about the program.

Backing them up are Hayven Smith, Manuella Alves-Fernandez, Naomi Benson, Erica Finney and Jasmine Brown-Haggar (provided existing players mentioned all stay. That leaves 3 portal transfers open seems like. A tall intimidating power forward, PG type and shooting wing would be my top picks.

There was a recruit scheduled to be on campus yesterday and another tomorrow. One is a point guard. That's all I have.
I agree with the line-up mentioned but I don't think Jazzy will go down without a fight. Lot of minutes to go around. I just hope Gretchen has healed with rest and rehab.
I think Jasmine would start with the current roster. Lety and Gretchen both coming off of injuries could slow them down. Especially in the beginning. Our biggest portal need is another ball handler. Aalyiah Guyton will do. After that I don’t care what position they play as long as they are good B1G players.
Beery Wallace? She should expect eight-figure NIL money if Coach Green lets team members put their first names on the jersey instead of the last! /s
Well Maryland and Michigan have stuffed their belly from the Portal trough. UCLA is getting their Share. Indiana has gotten some..I'm just recognizing teams are getting better and we will be working with a very young team with potential. We definitely could use a few older players.I remember last year we attempted to get Janiah Barker... maybe she can come and double her 7 and 6..A senior shooter and Guyton... Right now I don't think we will ever hit the bottom because the coaching is great but the players at least a few are as green like lime fruit.

Guyton – a rising sophomore transfer from Iowa – has signed a Big Ten Athletics Aid Agreement with the University of Illinois.
Don’t sleep on Jasmine Brown-Haggar. I feel she could exceed Adalia’s impact.
Guyton was a target last year but chose Iowa. She was the top player in Illinois in high school. Both parents played professionally and, of course, Dad played for Knight at Indiana. She played behind two outstanding seniors at Iowa in Sydney Affolter and Lucy Olson. Averaged 16 minutes and 5 points per game. Shot 37% on threes. 33 assists to 49 TOs. Was a four-star coming out of Peoria and ranked #57 in class. Another short guard.
She was just on campus for her official visit yesterday. Of course, she had visited last year, as well.

Great news - we needed more guards. On the smaller side 5'7" like Destiny. However fast, quick and strong can make up for a lot. Hopefully she can hit the three.
We needed a back up PG and now we have an experienced one (sophomore).
