Oregon St Looked good and BIG, started a 6-8 center, and when she went out had a slower but heavy 6-3 center come in. Bolden the SR guard had 10 points in first Quarter. They lead a smaller Air Force team 17-8 after the first quarter. Have two 6-5 players who scored in single numbers in the first game, they have not been in this one yet.

In an earlier game this year Oregon St only had 6 fouls, tonight they had two in the first half, only 2. Tonight in at half time 5-11 on three pt shooting and 59% on FG. They lead at at half 32-20. Note they were picked to finish first in WCC conference in Media poll, not that WCC is anything close to Big Ten. Last year they were 37% in FG defense, 5 th in NCAA and their coach is known for that.

Off to the airport, not sure I will get the second half on any type of replay.

Guyton and Jackson will add scoring off steals and fast breaks! They give us speed and athleticism.

You forgot the ladies soccer game tomorrow night. Another reason it is a great time to be an Illini fan.

Volleyball versus Washington 6 pm Friday and against Wisconsin 8 pm Saturday. Both on BTN+.

Saw the full game on YouTube. Offense was not good after 1Q. Some quick shots instead of running offense. In defense, would leave post player open to help with ball handler on a pick and roll, instead of allowing the quicker guards recover especially where their PG was not driving it into paint most of game.

Would’ve liked to see lineups mixed up more and try different offensive combinations since shots were hard to make

Dolan 4-19 FG 0-5 3PGA -- she did not stop shooting despite being ice cold. Score mentality like Luka or Harden.
