What Shauna Green has accomplished in 13 months is incredibly impressive.
At end of season Kendall Bostic couldn't jump off the floor and SG chose to play her over the rest of the roster. We got massacred in the paint in the 2nd half of the season. Hence SG bringing in two bigs via transfer portal. I think every big besides Bostic and Shoup will have to make a self assessment if they are good enough to play on a top 25 B10 team like Illinois. SG took a lot of long shots her first recruiting class just like BU. Most of them will not work out.
The only member of last years recruiting class that was coach Green's was Kam'ren Rhodes. The others were holdovers from the previous staff.
