It’s easy to forget our PG depth chart going into the season was Belo / Trent / Hutch.
Trent has been such a warrior all season, but the whole rotation benefits from Belo being in the mix, even when he’s not playing his best.
They thought they had us....

They also didn't give Trent free throws when he was fouled while shooting, same for Kofi. The phantom foul on Plummer for his fourth would was one of the worst calls I've ever seen. Also, you forgot to mention Hawkins getting called for a foul on the three point attempt AFTER the shot was off, even Bardo saw that. And Kofi once again got killed out there, but I guess that is acceptable for some reason.
While Trent was off all game, he was killed driving and had nothing called multiple times. The officiating was horrendous - we were out of sync the entire game but the officials should all be fired for that disaster.

He did take a couple shots over Damonte at the end but missed. Fortunate because even though Damonte played him Nance had hit a couple of those earlier in the game.

We need Curbello and I think let Podz play some point somehow. I know we loose Trent’s Defense which is the best there is, but he can’t keep playing 40 minutes per game.
Disappointed with Frazier's performance tonight. Played 40 minutes and held Northwestern's second leading scorer to 6 points below his average, but he only recorded 1 steal.

I too have watched a lot of Northwestern. I wouldn’t open my mouth to my buddies during the final 5 minute stretch and dare jynx it, but I’ve never felt more comfortable watching a tight game. I realize I’m in the minority here, and I don’t intend to sound cocky, but the Cats have an uncanny ability to drop these close games this year. Northwestern gonna Northwestern.
