I hope the Michigan game is as loud as it's ever been at the Hall!!I was very happy and somewhat surprised by the crowd enthusiasm today. The Wisconsin game was dead. We still need to step it up but huge improvement!

Unfortunately, nothing new there, Keaton has been getting hammered going to the rim for almost the entire season and getting no calls. With the last few being the worst. Big Refs are just lazy!!There’s just no explaining, excusing or defending this stuff. If it happens a FEW times a SEASON maybe. But this is happening multiple times each and every game with few foul calls being made. That simply said is not mere coincidence. I pray KW can survive the B10 schedule without serious injury. Seriously.
That brings back some road trip memories for sure, me my wife and daughter riding back home after games. Some of the hot takes would send us into hysterical laughter. But ML has added that extra twist of true insight to it.I don't see it posted anywhere yet, which is unusual. The post-game show did happen per a News-Gazette article mentioning Mike LaTulip.
My guess is that it's a glitch and it'll show up by tomorrow. I need my regular dose of LaTulip and Evan Conn, plus likely calls from Simeon, Benny, and Hank... not sure what happened to Steve from Peoria 'cause I used to like that guy's comments as well.
Yea the lack of fouls sometimes particularly on KW is amazing to me. However sometimes I actually wander if some guards don't get those calls because of the amount of times they gracefully fall after drives and slide on the floor out of bounds. Angles do make it harder sometimes to see some fouls and I think the refs swallow the whistle when guys consistently go down. In the old days if a guy went down like that a late foul would have been called, not so much anymore unless your name is Fears, he does have a unique way to sell every little touch.Unfortunately, nothing new there, Keaton has been getting hammered going to the rim for almost the entire season and getting no calls. My point would just be can we even in the slightest of ways imagine Fears not getting that call? Again, the ref (High Knees) is literally staring at it — not like their view is blocked or they have a bad angle.Unfortunately, nothing new there, Keaton has been getting hammered going to the rim for almost the entire season and getting no calls. They could be ranked #1 when they come to town. Perfect scenario to send mojo jr and dad home crying.I hope the Michigan game is as loud as it's ever been at the Hall!!
I love that there is an argument to be had. As someone previously mentioned, we have 6 guys who can go off and be the player of the game.Love Boz, but nobody is more important than Keaton.
“Who is the most important player on Illinois?” There’s no argument to be had. Wagler’s the frontrunner for BIG player of the year.I love that there is an argument to be had. As someone previously mentioned, we have 6 guys who can go off and be the player of the game.
Not sure I’d want that considering it helps us if they lose to Purdue and Duke. They could be ranked #1 when they come to town. Perfect scenario to send mojo jr and dad home crying.
Kudo's to Tyler and staff!
Still amazed about how good he looked yesterday. I was thinking he wouldn't be sharp for a few weeks.Yes, it is mid-February, but Boswell said after the game their target for his return was the USC game. So he returned a game early.
I guess some people are just now waking up to Mirk?
They should go back to sleep so we keep him for another yearI guess some people are just now waking up to Mirk?
Need a timeout on that Wagler save.
