Great game….great win. Those few of you that have a problem with the game thread….don’t read it. Those are emotional posts in the heat of the game that are how we all deal with what is going on. Does a stat like that help seeding for the NCAA tournament?
When Ty, Dain, and Quincy play like that, the Illini are going to be tough to beat. Insert Harmon or even Luke for one of the above and we are just as dangerous.

We came out tough today. Loved to see it. Defense was solid, though we lost track of their 3-point-shooters at times. Finally had a team shoot cold against us

Great to see quality time from Dainja and Ty down the stretch. TSJ owned the first half and Marcus took over for awhile in the second.

The Illini crowd was great! Love winning at their place. It was difficult not to chant ILL all the way to my car.
Dain had a nice 2nd half. While we held them to 61 points, I still see opportunities on defense, However, defensive rebounding was very good. I wish Ty would take the ball up when he's that close to the basket, but he had some nice drives. Nice bounceback game from Shannon.

I despise this post....with all due respect. No, it's not all that matters. A one and done, luck of the draw, have a bad night and you done tournament doesn't not take precedent over all other accomplishments.
