So we can talk about Finke in a positive light or will I get shunned here?

Hopefully no Finke bashing today. He played his game as a stretch four! Nice to see Jordan hit some shots, give him some confidence headed into the tournament. Now let's go win the whole shooting match!

Welp let’s go for the NCAA. We can actually beat any team not name MSU. If don’t got into those dreaded 5 to 10 mins scoring droughts

This game is why I don't want to see transfers. Who is going to have the big game? AJ and MF great today. Most players have had really good games (except Matic and Ebo) but lack consistency. Also believe TeJon is the best athlete on the team. He is quick and can jump. We need him even if he is not a starter. Just need to recruit a rim protector.

Everything in place for ascendance to the top of the conference....except the players size and skills. Love the defensive emphasis and playing 10 guys. Let's see what happens next season, who returns, and who steps up. Hope BU can recruit a big to help inside, but that is unlikely. Things really looking up if players will come.

Unfortunately, regardless of the improvement, this team will not win the B1G tournament as the advantages of the teams at the top, especially MSU, has miniscule likelihood of being able to be overcome. Nevertheless, the improvement in play of the youngsters is evident and will, hopefully, continue. Loved watching this team play and compete to the max every night. Thank you Illini.

He definitely played much better today. Those conference numbers will go up.
