Interesting 3 pt stat after 4 conference games, crew surrounding Kofi:
DMW 6/12. .500
Jake. 9/21. .429
Trent. 10/28. .357
Alph. 9/27. .333

Total. 34/88. .386

Who do you leave open? DMW as he has only made 6? Alph as he has the lowest rate? Very pleasantly surprised at the balance.

If I was advising other teams I'd suggest they leave Plummer open.

After all I'm an Illinois fan.

From what I remember of last year, the second game back from COVID pauses was the hardest for a lot of teams. I know Baylor lost their second game back and a couple other high level teams I can’t remember did as well. Even on a personal level my high school was awful in their 2nd game back.

I’m writing off the uncharacteristically poor shooting as “2nd game syndrome” and really not expecting it to be an issue again.

I don’t get the constant banging on Cohawk. Kid was a 3 star recruit. Only played 6 minutes avg last year. Was forced to play out of position early and is only getting 18-20 mins a game this year. He’s finding his way. He will improve. Is just now figuring out his roll now that everyone is healthy. Let him get his confidence going. By the end of conference season will be a major factor. This time next year will be saying Grandison who?
I'm hoping this time next year the answer to that will be "Jake, the guy who's still on the team for the 2022-3 season."
