Does anyone actually have a source to back up all the chatter about Coleman’s knees and his alleged injury? Or is it all wild conjectures at this point?

He missed a few games early in the year from it, and lately he himself along with Underwood have mentioned it....as "bothersome".

This is one of the most puzzling things about sports. Motivation, or lack thereof.

I just don’t get how any player in any sport cannot give their all when they are in the heat of competition. Being on the shared space of play is an honor and privilege and not owed to any player. For every guy out there... there are at least 1,000 more that would give anything to be in their place.

There is a bond and contract between player and coach that both will fully dedicate themselves to winning and do everything they can to make this happen.

There is a further bond between player and institution... as well as player and fan base to give your all every moment.

When you watch sports for any length of time you see too many guys who just drift in and out of being engaged in the play... and many players who have talent who never dedicate themselves to being their best and developing that talent to the fullest.

Coaches know all about this ‘motivation’ issue and they no doubt wish there was a magic answer to it or switch to pull go get the energy going.

The greatest players in every sport never have a problem with motivation. When did anyone have to yell at Michael Jordan or Pete Rose or Jim Brown to show some passion out there? Not saying anyone can be Jordan or Rose or Brown or today's versions of them... but anyone CAN have that level of passion like they did. It’s free to all and you don’t have to purchase it off the internet.

Probably the wrong thread for this, but here's a prime example of the mortal danger of having a mascot. I'm going to bookmark this and watch it for the remainder of my life :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I'd like to propose that the above clip shall henceforth never be stated to be in the wrong thread or questioned therein as it has universal application and offers endless joy to be had by all who behold its visage
