Rutgers. Oh, and St Francis PA.
Damone Williams, 7pts, 5 ast, and 8 boards. Wow. Trent's defense DMW defense!! on Davidson in 2nd half. Trent and DMW such bulldogs! I L L I N I
Also gotta add, I was pleasantly surprised with the way the game was called. Let them play at both ends, no head scratching calls, all around good effort I would take every game.

Real glad to never have to hear anyone say anything else about us needing a signature win this season.
Would have loved to see Podz in the game at the end, being a Wisconsin kid. Next year Podz.

My favorite Illinois basketball play is watching Damonte try to hurt an opponent by whipping a basketball at them AS HARD AS HE CAN while falling out of bounds.

I'm going to savor these Kofi games like a fine wine and a view of the ocean rolling onto the shore. We won't see the likes of him again. Guy is just amazing.

Next time Wisconsin gets to play us, it will have been 4 years since their last win head to head

I thought he might be gone. He had a solid game and without anyone forcing anything through him. He just played everywhere and took advantage of the collapse. Great to see.

Huge win !!!!!! Kind of comfortable win against the one of the best in the B10. I'm ok with Wisconsin & Davis, but go beat other B10 teams.
He and Damonte were the other clear standouts to me after Kofi
I wish this was a stat, I'm sure he would be 1st in the NCAA.
Kofi immediately looked fast, athletic, and smooth. Best NBA game tape in his career, have never looked this good. Throw in a couple mid range shots.
