Was really no different than a November 12th game. Both teams wanted to win. Kansas did nothing out of the ordinary. It was a real game. No matter what you want to label it.It's a scrimmage....in October. Good start however
I-N-I!!I-L-L!
For me, if we would have lost by 7....the most important thing is still what's on film. Are we going to be ranked 15th because of the win?Except it was prime time…on the Big 10 Network. So it’s sort of a big deal.
Didn't get a chance to watch the game. What was the reception for Self?
But…but…where are all the gloom and doomers ?.
Hope he gets one more chance.Dickinson can't even beat us when the games don't matter.
It may well be. He has stated that he likes an "old" team and he has one. Love the lineup that finished the game so we did not have to agonize over DD, Ty, or Sincere shooting FTs with the game tied. I really love those guys, but they need to learn to make FTs...it isn't that hard. But having Harmon, Domask, Cohawk, Quincy, and TSJ on the floor really made me confident. Props to CoHawk for finally putting a consistent and higher arc on all his shots. The sky is the limit for him if he can make shots...loved his game tonight. And TSJr. was a pot of gold!!! His shot selection was much improved and he knocked down some jumpers in the lane too. The future is bright. Hope the young guys do not get impatient but enjoy the ride and are ready when their number is called. They will see some pretty big games this season. This might be Brads best team…
I agree 100%. The only thing I don’t like about hearing him do a game is the reminder that he could’ve played for us.Robbie Hummel continues to make the case that he is an ELITE college basketball analyst.
I still clearly remember the torture of that PSU game we lost when McClain's 3 pointer to win was 1/2 second too late. That entire game was agonizing to watch. We won't have any games like that this year!Idc… that was a regular season game to me

The best aspect of this team is their patience and decision making. They get everyone involved and no one is shooting air balls from row 5. They play the game the way it should be played and no one who played tonight played without a solid contribution.
Yes, the extra pass mindset is a good sign.My favorite play: the full around the horn for an open three where everyone touched the ball.
